Compound fertilizer making process:
Compound fertilizer production flow process: raw material batching, raw material mixing, raw material granulating, granule drying, granule cooling, granule classification, final products coating, final products packing.
1.Raw material batching: urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, AP, potassium chloride and other raw material according to certain ratio batching(according to market needs and each kinds soil detect result)
2. Raw material mixing: uniform mix the batched raw material to improve fertilizer granule even effect content.
3. Raw materil granulating: feeding the mixed raw material to granulator(using drum granulator or using roller extrusion granulator)
4. Granule drying: feeding granulated granule to dryer, the granule after dried, granule strength can be increased, convenient for storage.
5. Granule cooling: after dried fertilizer granule with high temperature, easy caking, after cooled, convenient for packing, storage and transporation.
6. Granule classificating: fertilizer after cooled, then classiciation, substandard granules should be crush and re-granulating, screen qualified products.
7. Final products coating: qualified products will be coated to increase granule brightness and roundness.
8. Final products package: granule after coated, final products bags should put at ventilated place to save.
